7 Spring Place, Kentish Town, London


This new-build housing scheme for One Housing Group is sandwiched between an elevated section of the North London Line and Victorian warehouses. 


The seven storey building comprises 21 dwellings of which five are family maisonettes containing three or four bedrooms. Each family dwelling has its own private garden. All dwellings are accessed by way of a lift and staircase core connected to open access decks located along the boundary of the project.


All dwellings are double aspect and all upper flats have generously proportioned private balconies.

The internal planning of every flat was designed to accessible standards and the flat areas complied with the then Housing Corporation’s (now the Homes and Communities Agency) Scheme Development Standards. The dwelling floor areas also exceeded the minimum areas set out in Camden Council’s Unitary Development Plan’s Development Standards.
