Refurbishment of a Victorian Grade II listed warehouse in Neal Street, Covent Garden to provide a retail shell at basement and ground floor level, offices at first and second floors and roof-top penthouse.
We undertook the conversion and extension to this Victorian Grade II listed ex-market warehouse for a private property company taking the project the whole way through the planning, design and building process including on-site project management. The mixed use scheme comprises retail use at street and basement levels, self-contained office suites on the first and second floor and a luxury penthouse apartment on the third and new fourth floor with its own roof terrace.
The £1.3m commission included bespoke and high quality fittings.
